Car deposit

I left $400 deposit to buy a used Nissan at Thomas Automative in Guelph, Ontario. The car supposed to be ready for the weekend but after waiting 10 days I wanted to cancel the deal and they promised to mail me a $400 cheque. They never did and they hang up whenever I try talking to them.
