my son is a injured soldier who is now paralyzed, the v.a $11,000 grant to purchase a new vehicle. my son and wife went to a volkswagon dealer in fl called gunther. They refused to accept the grant and wanted to be paid upfront(which is illegal). my son gave thekm the money and they were suppose to put in the paper work, they didin't get the neccesary signatures and instead of calling him they did nothing. after 21/2 months we went to see why they didn't call him and found out that they needed his signature. because they were paid in full they didn't care if he got his money or not. we finnally got his money because we fought with him, but it's pretty sad that because they got their money they didn't want to be bothered to put in the paper work for my son to get his money back which i informed them was as good as stealing the money from him
