Car Dealer

I was told by North HIlls Toyota in Pittsburgh, (formerly Davis Toyota) that I was purchasing a new car. Discovered during paperwork it was a used car. My mistake I still agreed to purchase the car. Love the car. The dealer told me I was at 4.9%, it is really 8.99%. Tried to get them to change interest rate after (Toyota said it was possible and easy to do), dealer refused.
