car broke down

I have a volkswagon golf that broke down 250 miles from my house.Since it was under warranty,I figured i had nothing to worry about.Since I had the oil changed at the volkswagon dealer every time and the oil drain plug came out and blew the engine I thought they would fix the problem.But they say that they are not liable. So my advise is if you want to get screwd over go ahead and buy yourself a volkswagon
