I had an expensive wall to wall Berber carpet installed in my approx. 1000 sq. foot upstairs. The seams were shredding at the time of placement and I had someone return to fix it after much complaining.When there was nothing they could do other than replace it, they refused. It is now 6 years later of me continuing to complain and I am now looking straight through at board with what looks like staples sticking up as well. I now must replace the whole carpet on my own. I would never do business with them again.
