Setting up a Capital One Money Market account took TWO WEEKS and I still CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT. As soon as I can access it, I am going to close it. 1) First I had to set up account with username and password. 2) Then I had to wait for my account number and PIN number in the mail. 3) Then I had to REGISTER (like, didn't I do that when I set up the account?) 4) And then you are supposed to wait 2 MORE DAYS and try and log-in. Well, I did all that setting up and waiting and I couldn't log in using my username, password, account number, or PIN number. Like, which one am I supposed to use, anyways? Capital One needs to get its act together.
