4 1/2 months ago we contacted capitol lending and investment at 4545 e. shaw blvd. suite 200 in arizonia to get a loan to help save our house and we talk to a associate name warren about a guarnteed loan. he took all of our information and then a few days later he called and said everything looked fine so we figured we were on our way. we didn't hear from him for about 3 weeks then we started to call him and getting different people on the phone and we started to leave messages for warren and still no call back this went on for about a month. then finally he called us back and said that he was working on it and it looked good and he was just finishing up some loose ends and would get right back with us. and gave us another number to call if we needed to talk to him. well this 2 months ago but we tried to get ahold him by phone we left messages and we left e-mails atleast 3 or 4 a day now this went on and on and all this time we are getting closer to losing our home that his man promised he would help us save. we waited and waited he never called so we just keep on calling and calling i wrote e-mails and we called. well today 9-22-2006 we got a call from warren at capitol lending and investment that they can't lend us the money. so now we have lost 4 1/2 months of trying to save our house because we believed in this man and the company we worked for. so if you have and dealings with them don't believe anything they say or do.
