Capital Finance promised me a credit card with a 2,000.00 limit on it, I would simply have to give them a $200 deposit first. I did that. What I received was a card to use for capital financial only! It wasn't a credit card it was card to use with their company only. This is not what they told me it was for and this is not what I signed up for. I want my $200.oo deposit back! What they are doing is fraudulent activity.
