If this real then let common sense guide you. Confronting your uncle will do nothing at this point except help you cope with your inner demons & begin the healing process. There are more charges than just statatutory rape. He is a family member & you were a minor so child abuse/molestation also can follow. The time limit depends on your state if you're in the US? It seems tho that you're too serious about the whole thing or indifference about it?
