Love is mind over matter. This means its more of how you approach it rather than what you approach it with. Its like fishing, you leave out some bait, wait until he/she bites, then pull him/her in! Make him/her feel special, do something (not everything yet, in this stage if you do EVERYTHING for her, you will end up in some "-ZONE") you will do ONLY for him/her. Do not talk about the other guys/girls around him/her. Make some small telltale signs you like him/her like taking a glance. Tell HER she is beautiful, laugh at HIS jokes even if they aren't that funny. He/she WILL get the message, from then on, its up to him/her. Let me clarify this, you goal right now is to let him/her know you like them. It is still up to them where your relationship goes. The outcome depends on how you sent the message across. Confrontation is inevitable. Important to note that this is very effective when done personally and not through e-mail, text or chat. It helps in earlier parts and communication, but should be used only if there is no other way to communicate. Also another note, sex is mind over matter as well, if the girl does not mind, it also does not matter.
