I brought a CK ring in Barcelona on 30/10 while on a short break. It was a large elipse ring costing 80 euros. On 4/11 I noticed that the large glass bit was missing. As I was unable to return it to the shop - 4 days old, not worn constantly, not bashed I perceive it to be a manufacturing fault. Therefore I was pretty peeed off and went on a search to find their head office. I found that Ck had been sold to an American company called PVH. I went on their website , wrote my problem and expected and answer- which I never got.By day three of waiting I'm annoyed so I call them. To have some thicko on the end of the line after long pauses to call another number. I called another American number to have some guy tell me he was the wrong person and then gave me a third number................to cut a long story short don't buy a CK elipse ring they are obviously manufactured really cheaply and I believe PVH are just cashing in, as any crudy company would, on the CK name without the product. And never expect PVH to call you back.................I thank you xx
