WHY HAS MY BANK MOVED ITS CALL CENTRE ABROAD - WHENEVER I PHONE, THE CALL CENTRE OPERATIVES DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT INFORMATION, EVEN TELLING ME MY BRANCH DID NOT EXIST ON ONE OCCASION. THEY ALSO CALLED ME ON A BANK HOLIDAY WHEN I WAS ENJOYING SOME VALUABLE TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO ASK IF I WANTED A LOAN - WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO PERSONAL SERVICE
