Caldera Cooktops suck

this is a complaint regarding Caldera cooktop company, I ordered a cooktop and it was charged to my account in January of this year. It is now august and I still have no cooktop, and a gaping hole in my new granite countertop waiting for them to get their act together and send me one of their world class products. I am outraged. After 16 weeks I finally had to accept a product different than what I originally ordered. They sent me a defective product. after I sent it back, and they returned it with the same defect, then wanted me to wait till september 15!! Nine months for a cooktop???? My whole house was built in 7 months. Now I have to recut my granite cutout to fit another cooktop, becuase they are making defective cooktops and instead of refunding they just make you wait and wait and wait. I hope that eveyone in the world knows how much they suck and they go out of business. D.
