I am a GM rep and I suck at fixing cars. I do not know how to fix them. Look...I own and accord and work for Cadillac. I do not know how to treat customers and I just want their money. I don't care how hard it was for them to earn it. I will deny and now honor anything. I work in So.Cal area and love to ruin people's cars.
