Comcast is on a mission to misuse all of my time. I don't know who decided it was a good idea to make customers wait around the house during an extremely inconvenient 4 hour period, and then completely ignore the time slot and have the installation people come just about any time they feel like it. So I skipped class from 8-12 and then you show up at 2... nice scheduling comcast.
