Can anyone, anywhere in this land of the free democratic govt. based on the 'Constitution of the United States of America' where its citizens are innocent until proven guilty, free to travel its roads and highways in the pursuit of happiness offer some insight as to how an unelected individual, employeed by the CA DMV is allowed to totally strip an individual U.S. citizen of the most basic rights, render the same U.S. citizen GUILTY until proven innocent leading to warrants, handcuffs, jail, court fines rendered by a Civil Court and judge of which this employee resides above in any and all forms of 'power' ultimately resulting in a 'criminal' classification in reference to a proud American. 3 yrs. later...... After 8-9 driving on suspendeds, 4 or 5 failure to appears,5-6 vehicle impounds, and 4 times cuffed and jailed, I stand before the judge, He only asks, Mr. Guilty, How do you plead? Your Honor...The worst crime I have ever committed in my life is being 10 min. late for what is called a 'phone interview' with an extremely powerful employee within the CA DMV. Much more powerful than you Your Honor SIR I respectfully add. She immediately ordered the suspension of my CA driver's license requesting via DMV return envelope I surrender the plastic card or suffer greater penalties, so I complied. Can you do that Your Honor? I guess I did not understand the stripping of what I thought were my rights. I stand before you now and though clothed I feel naked. I do not like jail Your Honor. My head is good now. I know you nor any court in the U.S.A. have the power to grant me a CA driver's license or restore my 'privelege' in the pursuit of happiness. I know who I have to go through and when I stand stripped naked before the CA DMV RIGHTSTRIPPER, though naked, I will stand proud, Proud to be an American, and only hope that STRIPPER will put my clothes back on. I plead guilty of all charges I was already guilty of. SO I Ask, How is this allowed? Gil Guilty
