As a small business owner/operator, it seems I am forever struggling to provide a level of service that sets me apart from the competition. I do unusual things like answer my business phone when it rings! I even talk to the client on the other end of the phone. As sure as rain falls down, I can count on many of the voicemails I leave for other businesses to go unanswered. It seems I am the exception to the rule in business today. Maybe I need to get a computerized voicemail tree and ignore my calls to be a success.
