Why is it that everytime I have a problem with a bill, I am the one that is always overcharged or shorted on the amount I am owed, or just not in my favor. I never have the opposite happen..where I am the receipt of excessive funds or credit. Why is that? I firmly believe that many business purposely over charge customers or short their customers. If the customer calls in to complainthey they will happily correct the 'oversight' and usually with an apology. But think about the people that don't catch the error or just don't want to take the time to go through an automatied phone system, be transferred a couple of times. These are the customers that are the target of their fraud. Businesses today lack ethics!
