re: blockbuster video store.....customer treated with disrespect and sarcasm upon the return of an overdue movie thought to be lost. customer informed by store manager that the return would not merit a credit to account and that she would be liable for the price of the movie even though it was returned, All the while the store manager acted totally unprofessional and sarcastic towards the customer..
