The NAutre of my complaint is with Civil Rights violations in the Work PLace. My intial complaint began when I sought the Career of Flight Attendant, This Career had been sought over a period of thirty Years. What transpired during my Educational and that of Professional guidance. I accpetted employment in the medical field. I worked for a Hospital, where thier were few Blacks, which these employees harassed me and made my work enviornment untolerable, although I sought to make new friends at this place of business,and that of business aquaintance, I was teased and mistreated becasue of my race. I at this time did not know of such laws, and did not take legal action. I to this date am subjected to unfair treatment. I was employed by Assisted Living Center. I was verbally insulted by A Case Manager as well as lied on about my ethical treatment toward patients. I have no professional solution to racism, however, I do not feel the indivduals whom committed this crime understands how this acts against me has hurt my creditbility and that of a Professional standing in the community. My most recent complaint began with Walgreen Pharmacy Located west 79 th Street Seeley Ave. It was thier where a employee of this corporation. Resided on the same block and lived in apartment complex across the street. Which my complaint was the intimadationand blocking of the street to prevent me to my car. Other Civil matters was that of making racial comments pertaining to my health, which was unfounded and that of no truth. I relocated as when contacting the Local Police in that District, I was told I did not own the street and to call If I saw this indivdual smoking. This was not my problem, as my complaint was with ignoring a verbally abusive indivdual, for which this person provoked physical fight. And I knew of no Pharmacy Tech or that of Pharmacist, that would be permitted to publiclly make embarassing and that of Consequence in violating a Hippa Law. This matter as I view has discreditted me as a human being, as where I now reside, for the past six years, Incidents iolated or not still exsist. Because this person has a family, Employment, and I have been denied Employment, unemployment wages and that of a Life I well deserve, It is my dying wish to see make these indivduals face a stiff conseqence for this unjust action. I three years ago walked into a Citgo Gas Station, I was called verg=bally crazy, by a employee who did not know me and had no right in calling me this name. I several timess would enter the store, purhase a news papaer, inserts would be missing, or the Soda Sold, was not enough for thier business. And when purchasing gas. I would intent to Purchase ten dollars by giving this to the attendant as this person would enter ten cents. I feel a obligation to comply with filing this complaint, as whith my most recent complaint with walgreens, Hippa LAWS were violated, as with one one prescribed medication a Human hair was found which was reported to Department of Human Services. After filing this complaint and complying to file federal charges against this corporation. A employee Slammed money handled to her on the counter in stead of handing the money to me. African Discent. After filing this complaint, I still expereince either customers whom provoked a fight by physical shoveling, or that of hateful response when I have to purchase a product from Hazel Crest Location. It is my hope that this Location is Shut down permanaetly. As It is obvious this person feels her or she is above the law, and has no night to make false statement or that harassment, as I view, because I do want anything to do with them. I treat a person as a human being, not a caged animal ,or that of someone whom proof is nothing but pure hatred. It is noe obvious, that this crime against me, this person can not state their sorry or forgiveness, as the most applicalbe punishment is to make them serve time for this act against me. I been treated like a retared, incompetnent indivdual, as these person felt they dould get away with my money.
