Bush's speech last night?

Was it just me, or did it seem that he sounded like a robot? I also noticed Vice President cheney almost falling asleep. The only good thing I heard from his speech was they way he recognized that man who saved another man on the tracks of subway. I forget his name but he is a true hero like our men and women fighting overseas
