Bush's speech last night

Does anyone really trust him now? I mean first he calls for over 20,000 new troops and then says that Iraq needs to learn to police themselves? Exactly how is this possible with the addition of the new troops? Then he tries to expand the war by including Syria and Iran in his speech and collar for a carrier in the gulf. I found it funny that not only Democrats disagreed with his so called 'new policy' but Republicans also are going to vote against it.
