I am being sent mad by the impossibility of communicating with someone at BT. We have jumped through various hoops as directed by numerous BT staff mostly in India and it appears we need a line engineer. After 3 weeks we still have no satisfaction. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to any one local.Where do we go for help ???
