B.S. charges by Dish Network

Tried to change the package I was getting from Dish Network today. The poor guy working the service desk told me there was a $5.00 fee for that. I told him to go ahead and just cancel my service completely (5+ years with Dish). He transferred me to a cancellation specialist, who told me she could waive that $5.00 specially for me. I told her to just cancel my service, as I wanted nothing to do with a company that would even consider charging a fee to it's customers who wanted to make an adjustment to their service that would not cost the Dish Network a cent - can you imagine how much money that makes them a year? They have 12 million households now, which means if just 10% of them ever make a change in their packages, Dish Network makes a cool six million bucks for that 'service'. Screw Charlie!
