Broken Promises

I recently purchased a repo'd vehicle from Southern Ford in Manvel, TX (use to be Central Ford). Boy am I getting the run around! Lots of promises about what they would do if I brought the vehicle back for service later, including broken light, no clean car and the DVD player had been removed. Now one month later I've been back 4 times, have set up the appointment they asked me to set up and I still don't have any satisfication. They even managed to keep the We Owe You slip they had me sign so now I have no proof, just our word against there snake slippery sales folks!
