i was traveling from rochester to new york and when i arrived at jfk my brand new bowling bag was broke and when i wnt to complain to jet blue, they told me that they were not responsible for the bag and told me to call my credit card company and when i did my credit card company told me that when i checked my bags it was the airline resposibilty. i feel like i am getting the run around and no one wants to help me out and now i am out 150.00 bowling bag that jet blue employees messed and i feel that is not fair to me. i need to see a copy of your list what jet blue is not responsible for. i would like to get a response back as soon as possible. thank you my e-mail is kmksquad@aol.com
