British Gas are the most useless company that I have dealt with. Their customer service skills are next to nothing and they cannot deal with a simple request. Instead they believe that people should pay them for electricity that they do not even supply and also forget to take direct debits or set it up even after weekly phone calls from the customer. Their usual statement is 'I am sorry that this has happened and I will ensure that it is rectified and doesn't happen again'. Well guess what after 10 months of still the same reply and nothing remedied I give up and will try another company.
