Bride Beautiful--nightmare

My daughter was married on June 3, 2006. While she was putting on her very expensive dress from Bride Beautiful, the zipper split and could not be fixed. After lots of panic and tears, a seamstress that happened to be a guest was able to SEW my daughter back into her dress (about 300 stitches) and the wedding began late. Bride Beautiful has been very difficult to contact the manager and the customer service is terrible. We will never recommend this shop to anyone.
