Had a 4 star gas service with Br.Gas for number of years,included heating,hot water instrallation and all household appliances.Called them out to fix a problem which they couldn't.Finally,in absolute disgust,cancelled the contract (sizeable monthly direct debit payment by me)and wrote letter of complaint to which I did not even get a reply
