Breaking a promise

I have a huge dilemma. I have a 13 year old nephew who I am very close to and love like a son. On occasion, he will spend the weekend with me. This past weekend, he offered to perform oral sex on me. I was shocked and I of course turned him down. We had a long talk in which he begged not to tell his parents. I told him I would not, but then he mentioned that friend of Dad's taught how to give a bj. That to me changes the promise knowing some man did this to him. I know I need to tell my brother and his wife, I just hate the thought of alienating my nephew. Has anyone else faced this problem? How did it turn out?
