Brandsmart repair processing center. POOR ORGANIZATION. You call and explain the problem, you get a workorder number, then you have to wait 8 days to have them appear at your doorstep. They will not give you a time frame as when you can expect the service call. The time they will appear is any time between the hours of noon and 7pm. The repair person appears at 6:59pm HAS NO IDEA HOW TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM! and then tells you that his truck does not have the parts that he will need to fix the machine, it is not his truck, too busy to know what parts are in the truck. Part has to be ordered when you call customer service they tell you it will take 7-10 days or longer to order the part. Some one will call you when the part arrives. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
