b&q diy stands for big queues and big complaints. do not get them to install your dream kitchen, they'll rip you off giving you cheaper appliances than you paid for and an expensive but rubbish fit of your kitchen. the sinks are seconds and if you complain you will be held in their 'BIG QUEUES' on your telephone. when you speak to them finally the'll say what a shame and sorry, but nothing will be done. be warned, if you buy a kitchen , then it will look better if you fit it yourself. disgusted in their service, kate, from tyne and wear.
