B&Q four day installation service, starts July and finishes December (at best). Any other fools been taken in by this rubbish? As the storey goes, they use an agreement with trading standards to offer a goodwill gesture of less than twenty pounds a week, to cover inconvenience. As long as this type of compensation (or goodwill gesture)is in place there is no need for B&Q to sort out its dire customer service. I wouldn't let B&Q change a light bulb for me now, I suggest you don't either.
