We were given a boxer two years ago, she has severe allergies we've spent approx. $4,000.00 on medical bills, food costs $109.00 mthly, I phoned the kennel were she was born and tey are still breeding boxers with health problems, Is there something that can been done to stop sick boxers from being sold.
