My boss has no clue about supervising employees. He had the nerve to ask me one day what do you do? He gave me my job responsibilities. I have never understood how a peron can supervise over something they know nothing about. You go to the boss to ask a question and he or she refers you to a peer because they don't know. Unbelieveable.
