boscov's sucks

I paid $650 for a Boscov's front load washer and $150 for a waranty. My washer has been broken for three weeks. The repair man came again today and said he had to order yet another part so it still isn't fixed. The store I bought it from in Westminster, MD seems to not even care. I will never stray from Sears again!
