
Boscovs poor customer service

I just returned from shopping at the Boscov's store in southwestern PA. I was waited on by a new cashier who did not know how to properly process discounts using their 'register roulette' discount coupons. I was very patient and understanding, as always, when she decided to call the dept manager for assistance who proceeded to talk down to me (a women) loudly and to humiliate me in front of the cashier. He began to rant and rave at me telling me that the cashier knew what she was doing and that I did not understand. I replied that might be the case but he didn't have to be so rude about it. He then proceeded to tell me that the break down in communication was my fault and that I didn't understand the procedure. This guy had glassy red eyes and was incredibly rude, agressive and hostile towards me. Needless to say, I was very shaken. This was the second time I had been there today to shop for my sons for Christmas presents and I spent $200.00. I immediately reported the incident to the night manager who didn't even take my name.
