My wife recently lost about 60 pounds. Everyone keeps telling her how good she looks and how healthy she looks. I don't think so. I long for her original self. She wasn't really fat before, she is tall and carried it perfectly. She was 5'9' - 165, now at around 107, she looks like she is dying of some disease.
