Booming Car Music

It has always been highly irritating to me to be stuck next to someone while in my car at a stoplight who listens to music so loud that MY car is bibrating. When a friend of mine told me that such an incident for her brings on debilitating migranes, I decided that this behavior was way more than just irritating... to some, it is a threat to their health! To most, I'm sure, it's just a big annoyance. But what can we do to stop these self-absorbed losers???
