Boat maintenance/repairs

Our boat is on the hard for the winter. We had it winterized by the boat yard. Their brochure suggests it's to cost about $250. Imagine my surprise when we got a bill for $2,000. We never signed anything authorizing this much work. Do we have any recourse?????
