Blue Casa Communictions are a joke

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get your phone service from blue casa communications, I have had the worst experience with them. I have no phone service since 11/4/06 and was promised service on 11/8/06 by 2 p.m. I got a call from them telling me that my problem was fixed at 1:20. It's 2:15p.m. and I still have NO SERVICE. When I called to complain they had no answers for me and put me on hold. It seems that putting people on hold is there specialty. There customer service people are very rude and put you on hold when you are in the middle of your sentence. Stay with a well known phone company Like Verizon!!!!
