i brought a new pushchair from tiny tinkers in haywards heath after using it for only 4 months it wouldnt collapse properly i took it back to the store it had lots of small things wrong with it as well. it was sent back to the manufacturer silver cross and was repaired this took two and a half weeks but when it came back the store had lost the hood and the pushchair still didnt collapse properly. so it went back to silver cross to be repaired again this has now been going on for 2 months i have asked for a refund but tiny tinkers say no they operate a repair only system! the store have lent me a pushchair its dirty it smells its rusty its ripped it has no raincover or accesories yet when i complained the lady in the shop Carole said tough. The store have been very rude hung up the phone, refused to speak to me told me where to go and in the mean time my 6 month gaurantee has expired and they will not extend it.
