Order a product (as a prezzy for another) from Bloomsbury Gardening and have to wait nearly 5 weeks to get it. Then one item breaks. I have to lug it to PO, pay upfront charge(a lot!). The I have to phone to confirm its arrival, phone again to ask if Im getting the replacment and yet again to fnd out whats happnin 3 weeks later! The woman in customer services is rude, swears and is generally Mrs Grumpy! DONT USE THEM - I NEVER WILL AGAIN!
