Blazer seats

I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer. It has been a good car, but the seat recliner handles keep braking off. The first 2 times the driver side handles broke off the car was under warranty...But now both seats have broken handles. I think this is a faulty part. The replacement part is $85.00 dollars... I think GM should replace the parts. thanks
