Blackpool Scam

I want to make everyone aware of a huge scam and fraud happening in one of Blackpools car parks. I went to the Bethesda Square car park and put £5.50 in the machine for 24 hours, the ticket was produced and I placed it on the windscreen. I came back to my car but it was gone, I flagged the police down as I thought the car had been pinched. I also noticed another 4 people looking for their cars. It soon transpired that the ticket machine was faulty and only giving 9 hour usage and the owner had taken all the cars away. At least 8 people were charged £240 and many women and children were visibly distraught especially as the owner was very aggressive with the money situation, I was threatened in front of my 3 and 5 year old because I wouldn't sign the form and one woman on her own locked in his van. It is a total disgrace that this behaviour is allowed to go on with Women, children and holiday makers. I am contacting as many people as possible to get this scam stopped in Blackpool I for one will never be going back to Blackpool after this traumatic event.
