Black cabs

The times i have tried to get a London black cab to take me & my wife home after a night out in London. I live in Morden witch is about 7 miles from the west end, the driver would not go south of the river thames is there some way this could change, or is there a body to complain to, If anybody has had the same exerience pleaes give me a E-Mail on regrdd@aol.com
