Biting off more than can be chewed

Has anyone else heard the TV rumor that this term, people who don't vote will be fined. It isn't much, around $15, but it's the principle of the thing. That doesn't sound like it follows along with democracy to me. Oh and another thing I heard Bush say on television. He said that when/if Castro died of natural causes, America would go into Cuba and try to overthrow their system to democracy too. Damn, does this man not realize that he has already bitten off more than he can chew with Afganistan and Iraq, he's bitten off more than he can chew and he's still eating. Imperialism is a international offense. I hope he is impeached for riding the line of committing imperialism. I'm an American and I am angry with this. He's not even running America well and he's trying to get control over even more places.
