My name is Anthony Diaco,On 11/12/06, I received a letter from you stating that. I owe you $355.00. I received a razor phone which was dropping approximately 280, 1 minute calls and other calls. You only credit my account of $26.00 for this incident. However, I feel the amount that should have been deducted was more than this amount. I've already submitted $200.00 toward this bill in October. After 6 years of being a loyal customer I feel this ia an extrordinary amount of money that is due to Verizon. Verizon supposingly was to call me about this problem. I took it upon myself to call a supervisor on 11/13/06, who refused to give her name. She got very hostile with me and hung up the phone. I also was to receive a $50.00 rebate for this razor phone. I followed all the instructions for the rebate and never received the rebate due me, Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
