I live in Hamden, CT and I ordered Covad.net as my DSL provider. After having them for one full year I cancelled the service however Covad still has my account information and they go into my checking account to take out the 39.95 for the monthly fee. I reached out to my back to have a stop payment, this was working however Covad had now decided to go into my account not once month but every week and takes otu different amounts. I have called the company on numerous occassions and still I am not gettign anywhere, it is a total waste of my time to have to speak with my bank every week to dispute these charges and have the monies added back to my account. Covad is a HORRIBLE Company anyone getting service from them should think TWICE..........
