I purchased a washing Machine ( LG ) from a retail organisation. Machine 1 - it instantly leaked it was replaced after 2 washes. Machine 2 Flooded ( unattached hose in machine) and still leaked after attention from an engineer - replaced after 1 wash. Machine 3 also leaked and needed to be replaced after 1 wash. The organisation refused to believe that the model was faulty. They were happy to refund or replace with the same model. I had to do all the work- waiting on automated telephone lines listening to terrible music.
